Our Guarantee of our Clocks and other goods
All clocks and other products are guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase
date against faulty components and workmanship. If the clock or other item
becomes faulty due to faulty parts or workmanship during this period you
must inform us within 7 working days of the fault occurring and we will
repair or replace the goods with the same or similar (if the item is no
longer produced) free of charge. We cannot guarantee goods that become
faulty through neglect or damage.
