As these buildings can be used for any number of uses, we can fit any combination of doors, windows, up & over doors, etc. A wide choice of roof coverings are available, including Decra tiling system (available in a variety of colours and styles), cedar shingles, 3 layer built up felt roofing, etc. We can take your project through all required stages- design, planning application (including any required drawings), foundations, manufacture and installation of the building. Buildings conform to building regulations.

100X47mm framing. Ceiling height of 2133mm (7'). Shiplap cladding. Joinery quality, Georgian style mortice and tenon windows equivalent to 1 long side fully glazed.
1/762mm (30") wide Georgian style door with a 5 lever BS standard lock.
100mm insulation within the walls and ceiling.
12.5mm plasterboard lining.
2 layer felt as standard (the above picture includes the Decra tiling system, available as an extra) 18mm floor with bearers every 450mm (16") Optional Extras.
Decra tiling system (as pictured above), available in a variety of colours and styles.
Double glazing.
Roof access hatch (for extra storage space).

Log Homes and Timber Offices such as Garden rooms with waney edged Douglas Fir cladding and bay windows. Steel framed quadruple garage with 'Metroshingle' roofing fully lined and insulated. Timber framed 4 room bungalow with hip & valley cedar shingle roof. Barn end garage roofed with hand-made clay tiles and a room in the roof. Five-sided building is especially suited to a corner site to maximise the room available, this particular summerhouse also has leaded lights for greater impact. Pavilions from our standard range is built to a very high standard and complies to building regulations. Our garage range has been chosen to show another style of roof finish which is slate with terra cotta ridges. Summerhouses are from our standard range of buildings with Georgian style windows and doors added for greater eye catching effect.
